What happens after the call?

Once the call ends, the system will automatically send a detailed WhatsApp message to the specified number containing:

  • Appointment details and confirmation
  • Location and timing information
  • Preparation instructions
  • Contact information
  • Rescheduling options

How It Works

Important Notes

  • WhatsApp number must be registered on WhatsApp
  • For testing, use WhatsApp sandbox numbers
  • Production requires WhatsApp Business API approval
  • Messages are sent automatically after call completion
